    REGISTERED YOGA TEACHER, YACEP

“The wisdom of Ayurveda can be very beneficial to us as yoga teachers. First and foremost, we can use Ayurveda to better understand ourselves in order to live a balanced, nourishing life so that we can continue to be of service to others. When working with our students, Ayurveda provides us with a lens that may inform how we adapt practices throughout the year according to seasonal rhythms, as well as how we might adapt practices according to the unique constitution of an individual when working with private clients. I’m thrilled to collaborate with Jessica Bugra on this training and combine our complimentary skill sets.”
